Purchasing cookware for a new kitchen is hard and thankfully not required to get started in one of our classes. This following list isn't definitive, you can always opt for a more complete or luxurious kitchen set. It's simply an assortment of reliable tools that we use to cook everyday.
One high quality chef's knife is all you need for all of your chopping and will be the most important kitchen tool in your arsenal. Make sure to keep it sharp to breeze through chopping any ingredient.
A cutting board is arguably the second most piece of equipment for your kitchen (you'll always need something to cut on!). This bamboo cutting board great at resisting moisture so that bacteria doesn't form and is strong enough to take on the sharpest of knives.
These essential utensils help measure out your ingredients and put them to use in your cookware. Wooden spoons don't scratch up your cookware and don't conduct heat.
A great cast-iron and reliable pot are are that you really need to get cooking but here is a list of products we highly recommend.
